Q: What do I need to do to complete the courses? 

A:   Study at your own pace.  When you are ready, there is a short online multiple choice quiz you take to pass the course and obtain your certificate.   A passing score on the quiz is 68%, and you can take the quiz as many times as necessary to obtain a passing score at no extra charge.   The PMP Exam Prep, CAPM Exam Prep, and Project Management Review courses have a 50 question multiple choice quiz to complete the course.  The Project Management Core Concepts course has a 20 question multiple choice quiz to complete the course.

Q:  What is your success rate with your PMP and CAPM Exam Prep Courses? 

A:  We have over a 99% success rate with our exam prep courses.  We fully stand behind our exam prep courses - if you do not pass the PMP or CAPM exam the FIRST time after completing our course, we refund your course fee, no questions asked.   Read the fine print on competitor exam prep courses to understand the various conditions on any of their money back guarantees offered.

Q:  How long do I have access to the courses? 

A:  Most students find it takes longer than expected to prepare for the PMP and CAPM exams.   Unlike other providers
which charge extension fees for access beyond 60 or 90 days, we provide access to our exam prep courses for a full year.   For PDU courses, we allow 3 full years to complete the courses - complete them at your convenience on your schedule!

Q:  I found a similar PDU course offer, why should I buy from PM Educate? 

A:  Check through the competing offer carefully.  Do they offer a limited access period (60-90 days) and then start charging extension fees?  We allow up to 3 years to complete our PDU courses.  Does the competitor offer live phone support for online courses?  We are available by phone as well as email for any questions or issues.  Does the competitor require completing many separate exams to obtain the PDUs?  Each of our courses only requires completing one multiple choice quiz to demonstrate learning. 

Q:   Are you a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) of the PMI? 

A:   Yes we are.  Our Provider ID is 2715.  You can review our information with the PMI at:

Q:  Are your courses pre-approved for PDU credit by the PMI?  What category are the PDUs?

A:  Yes they are!  All our courses are listed in the official PMI database and  pre-approved for Category 3 PDU credit.  Only official Registered Education Providers of the PMI are permitted to offer Category 3 PDUs.


Q:  What do the classes contain? Can I see a sample of the study materials and review questions?

A:  Sure!  Click here for a sample of review materials.  Click here for sample questions and answers.  Actual courses (both for exam prep and continuing PDU credit) just contain larger review guides and more questions, answers, and references.

Q:  Can I continue to have access to the course even after I complete it?

A:  Yes!  You have access to exam prep courses for 1 full year, and PDU courses for 3 years after purchase.   You will continue to have access to all materials even after completing the course.


Q:  I don't have a credit card and/or I need someone else (like my company) to pay on behalf.  Is this okay?

A:  Absolutely!  When payment is made, there is a box for special instructions where the buyer can include the name
of the person they are buying the course for.  You can also simply email us at support@pmeducate.com after purchase with the first and last name of the person the course was purchased for, and we can update our records.


Q:  Do you offer discounts for bulk (multiple courses) purchases?

A:  Yes we do!  We offer additional discounts for groups of 10 or more.  Call us or email us for more information.


Q:  Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay for the course?

A:  No you don't.  As you check out you can pay with any standard credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc).


Q:  Do you support international sales?

A:  Yes we do!  Our payment system through PayPal is 100% certified for sales in over 140 countries.

Q:  Is there an alternative to PayPal for submitting payment?  I am having trouble with PayPal, or I live in
a country like Pakistan or Nigeria where PayPal is unavailable.

A:  Yes! The easiest and most cost effective way is to send payment via Western Union.  Sending a payment via a Western Union office is very straightforward, and Western Union has offices world wide.  You can locate the nearest Western Union office at www.westernunion.com.   Email us at support@pmeducate.com and we will send you the details for Western Union payment to us. 

You can also send us payment via www.alertpay.com.   Submit through Alertpay to support@pmeducate.com.   Alertpay offers free account setup.  Alertpay is an alternative to PayPal and works in some countries where PayPal is unavailable.  

We also accept payment via bank wire transfer.  Contact us at support@pmeducate.com for the required wire transfer information.


Q:  My company handles payment through a purchase order (PO).  Do you accept POs? 

A:  Yes we do.  Have the PO made out to:

Q:  Does PM Educate track the hours and minutes I personally spend reviewing the study materials and review questions on the web? 

A:  No we do not. 


Q:  Do I need to download any software to my computer to use the course?

A:  No software other than a web browser is required, you do not need to download any software/programs to your PC to use the course.


Q:  Can I use the course from my work computer, and also my home computer?

A:  Yes, you can use the course from any computer with a web browser and internet connection.  You are not limited to using the course from a single computer.


Q:  What do I need to access the course materials?

A:   The course is 100% online, the materials are accessed with your web browser.  You will need the ability to read adobe .pdf files (if you currently don't have adobe reader, you can download a free copy at www.abobe.com.  You'll also need the ability to play flash files.   Click here to see if you can successfully view one of our exams with your web browser.  Note Internet Explorer 7 has the ability to play flash files directly.   If you have Internet Explorer set NOT to play any  flash files, you will need to make the following changes:   Go to Tools->Internet Options, find the tab “Security”, select icon “Trusted sites”, press button “Sites”, uncheck “Require server verification”, put “http://www.pmeducate.com/”  to the textfield and press “Add”.  Put "http://www.pmeducate.info/" and press "Add".  If you are still unable to view flash files, download Adobe Flash Player for free at www.adobe.com.
