Q: I am studying to become a PMP, what course do I need to buy? Does the course supply the required educational contact hours?
A: If you are studying to become a PMP, the course you will need to purchase is "PMP Exam Preparation" (Course PME001). The course provides preparation for the exam and also supplies the required educational contact hours for the PMP application.
Q: What do I need to do to complete the courses?
A: Study at your own pace. When you are ready, there is a short online multiple choice quiz you take to pass the course and obtain your certificate. A passing score on the quiz is 68%, and you can take the quiz as many times as necessary to obtain a passing score at no extra charge. The PMP Exam Prep, CAPM Exam Prep, and Project Management Review courses have a 50 question multiple choice quiz to complete the course. A Foundation in Professional Ethics, A Study in Project Time Management, and the Project Management Core Concepts course have a 20 question multiple choice quiz to complete the course. The quizzes are not timed.
Q: I see course access is 90 days, does that mean that I have to take all 90 days to complete the course?
A: No, you can complete the course as soon as you like, you progress through the courses at your own pace.
Q: What is your success rate with your PMP and CAPM Exam Prep Courses?
A: We have a 99% success rate with our exam prep courses. We fully stand behind our exam prep courses. If you do not pass the PMP or CAPM exam on your first attempt after completing the course, simply email a scanned copy of your test results and your PM Educate course completion certificate for reimbursement of your PM Educate course cost. Upon refund, all course access will be terminated immediately. Alternatively, you may select the following course offer: PM Educate will provide one full year of access to the PMP Exam Preparation course or CAPM Exam Preparation course AND free PM Educate courses of your choice totaling 60 PDUs for use after you obtain your PMP certification (a $1000 value!). You must take the PMP or CAPM exam within 45 days of the date on your original PM Educate course completion certificate to qualify for reimbursement or free courses. Include your name, full mailing address and your preference (reimbursement or free course access). Any requests for reimbursement or free courses MUST be sent within 5 business days of completing the PMP or CAPM Exam. Q: I found a similar PDU course offer, why should I buy from PM Educate?
A: Check through the competing offer carefully. Does the competitor offer live phone support for online courses? We are available by phone as well as email for any questions or issues. Q: Is there any limit to the number of Category A PDUs I can earn in my 3 year renewal cycle?
A: There is no limit to the number of Category A PDUs you can earn in a given cycle - you can earn all 60 PDUs in Category A.
Q: What do the classes contain? Can I see a sample of the study materials and review questions?

Q: How long do I have access to the courses?
A: Course access is 90 days, with courses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Course access period begins from date of purchase. You can download the study guide to use when not connected to the internet. Effective August 26 2011, course renewals for all courses are available in 90 day increments for $89.99. Note extensions are only sold in 90 day increments for $89.99, you cannot purchase a 30 day extension for $30, for example. Extensions are required to be purchased in all circumstances (delays in completion due to illness, death in family, job loss, etc). You can renew your course any time prior to expiration by going under "buy course extensions" when logged in to PM Educate.
Q: Can I continue to have access to the course even after I complete it?
A: Yes! You will continue to have access to all materials even after completing the course, for the duration of your course access.
Q: What is your refund/return policy?
A: All sales are final, be sure to view the course samples above carefully before purchase.
Q: I don't have a credit card and/or I need someone else (like my company) to pay on behalf. Is this okay?

Q: I am using an older web browser (Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8) and I get an error, or the screen does not advance when attempting to purchase a course.

A: Yes, you can use the course from any computer with a web browser and internet connection. You are not limited to using the course from a single computer.
