This course is for individuals studying to take the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam, and is updated for the new PMP exam effective January 2nd, 2021. Students earn the required 35 contact hours for the PMP application. This course contains the official PMI PMP Exam Prep materials exclusively available to PMI Authorized Training Partner students. Course fee includes the PMP exam fee. Course materials include: student manual covering all areas of the exam, project manager checklists (step-by-step procedures and summarized reference material), spotlight videos, hands-on activities, knowledge checks, and actual cloned PMP exam questions provided by the PMI. Students will receive a printed copy of the student manual shipped to the address provided at checkout, in addition to access to the digital edition.
Course learning objectives: By the end of the course, students will be able to understand the Project Management concepts and formulae, specifically the three domains (people, process, and business environment) which comprise the PMI PMP Exam. Students will be capable of demonstrating comprehension through online review. Students can take practice questions an unlimited number of times, and receive detailed results including A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) references for questions and answers. PMI cloned exam can be saved in progress and resumed. Course also includes weekly live instructor sessions.
All students complete an end of course survey to receive pre-approved credit for the 35 required educational contact hours for the PMP application.
