If you do not pass the PMP or CAPM exam on your first attempt after completing the course, simply email a scanned copy of your test results and your PM Educate course completion certificate for reimbursement of your PM Educate course cost. Note that completing the course requires passing all practice exams within the course. Upon refund, all course access will be terminated immediately. Alternatively, you may select the following course offer: PM Educate will provide one full year of access to the PMP Exam Preparation course or CAPM Exam Preparation course AND free PM Educate courses of your choice totaling 60 PDUs for use after you obtain your PMP certification. You must take the PMP or CAPM exam within 45 days of the date on your original PM Educate course completion certificate to qualify for reimbursement or free courses. Include your name, full mailing address and your preference (reimbursement or free course access). Any requests for reimbursement or free courses MUST be sent within 5 business days of completing the PMP or CAPM Exam. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request for your records. In the event of any system or computer crash/outage while taking the exam for course completion, students are responsible for re-taking the Exam for Course Completion until they successfully obtain the course completion certificate prior to taking the PMP or CAPM Exam.
Course extensions for more time are not reimburseable. Course access is 90 days, with courses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Course access period begins from date of purchase. When 90 day course access expires, students no longer have access to: 1) the course 2) any part of the course 3) any course results, including practice test results. None of the student course data is saved once 90 day course access expires. Students may complete the course sooner than 90 days. Course renewals for all courses are available in 90 day increments for $89.99. Note extensions are only sold in 90 day increments for $89.99, students cannot purchase a 30 day extension for $30, for example. Extensions are required to be purchased in all circumstances (delays in completion due to illness, death in family, job loss, etc). Students can renew courses any time prior to expiration by selecting "course time extension" when logged in to PM Educate.
