Course extensions for more time are not reimburseable. 
  Course access is 90 days, with courses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Course access period begins from date of purchase.  When 90 day course access expires, students no longer have access to: 1) the course 2) any part of the course 3) any course results, including practice test results.  None of the student course data is saved once 90 day course access expires. Students may complete the course sooner than 90 days. Course renewals for all courses are available in 90 day increments for $89.99.  Note extensions are only sold in 90 day increments for $89.99, students cannot purchase a 30 day extension for $30, for example.  Extensions are required to be purchased in all circumstances (delays in completion due to illness, death in family, job loss, etc).  Students can renew courses any time prior to expiration by selecting "course time extension" when logged in to PM Educate.   Note:  The PMP Exam Prep Live Instructor course has one year access (not 90 days), and cannot be renewed.  ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.  No part of this work covered by copyright hereon may be reproduced or used in any form or by any means –graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, taping, Web distribution, or information storage and retrieval systems-without written permission from PM Educate.  In the event of a website outage,  the enrollee's course access will be extended by one day for each day the website was unavailable.  All sales are final, students are to review course samples at pmeducate.com/pages/faq thoroughly prior to purchase.  Policy regarding errata:  PM Educate appreciates the identification of errata in materials and, at PM Educate's discretion, may provide the user additional course access for reporting errata.  PM Educate provides updates to correct identified errata on a regular basis.
